Child Was Hit In Back Of Head. Has Blurry Vision And Headache. Treatment?

My daughter 15 was playing softball, hit by ball in back of head. now complains of slightly blurry vision and headache . pules are good, speech good, answers questions fine, just want to be careful not to pass off something important. if we take her in its ER only and its expensive. I ll pay it if i need to, but if i can keep an eye on her at home that would be better. suggestions?

back head hit causes injury to occipital lobe of brain which supplies eyes hence she got blurry vision get ct scan outside if any wrong in ct report contact nuerologist if not use paracetamol for few days it will be more than enough :)
