Child With Abdominal Pain, Nausea And Fatigue. Cause?
through the years , she has fainted a few times since she was 4. there has always been pain involved.we did a mri, ekg and on more study I cant remember. mostly ruling out long/short syndrome.
Now she 10. in the past few months she complaining about her stomach, you can see the pain in her face, then she says she going to vomit, then she thinks she going to faint...... the pain passes and shes fine. Her face looks alittle fatique but she bounces back. Where do I go from here?

Nausea,
Vomiting,
Pain in abdomen,
Faintness.
Hyper acidity develops gastritis in stomach.
This is the root cause of many problems in children ( school goer ).
Fried food is the root of this evil.
Due to gastric pain child feel pain in the chest and due to excruciating pain child fainted.
As each & every tests are normal so please change the nature of food ,child is taking in breakfast,lunch,dinner.
Blend and healthy diet will suit the child.
Only antacid tablet with domperidon will provide relief to child.
Use drug as per requirement and stop at once ,when relief.
