Child With Albumin And Pus In Urine, High Temperature, Stomach Ache. Treatment?

Dear Doctor,
My daughter is 2.8 years old. Her urine test shows traces of albumin present and pus cells 4-5 hpf. She also has temperature upto 102 deg celsius for the past three days which keeps varying after giving her medicines. She also complains of stomach ache quite often. Please let me know the reason and how i can help her get well soon.

i can feel your concerns , actually female babies have short urethra and there is close proximity of urethra with anus, thats why they frequently get infections
do her urine routine examination and culture done
give antibiotics after consulting your physician
