since two month my child suffering from abdominal pain, nausia vommiting occasionally mild fever , ultra sonography shows multiple lymph nodes largest 25mm Montaux test found negative Blood investigation shows inc in ESR 81 mm, inc in Neutrophills, lowering lymphocytes, Age 4.5 years kindly give your openion

Your history and findings are suggestive of tubercular mesenteric lymphadenitis.
IT wise to rule out urinary tract infection as well as worm infestation
Better consult a pediatrician and follow his advice.
