Child With Difficulty In Urinating And Urgency To Urinate. Is It An Infection?
10 year old male just picked up from school complaining of being unable to urinate. Took him to our pediatrician who could not see anything wrong. He gave us a sample bottle and told us if we were able to pass any liquid to bring it back. He did mention a couple of weeks ago that he felt like he sometimes felt like he still needed to pee even just after urinating. I ve never heard of this - what is going on?

Child With Difficulty In Urinating And Urgency To Urinate. Is It An Infection?
Hi, Thanks for writing to health care magic. I think your child showing symptoms suggestive of bladder stones. Further investigations could help in arriving at a diagnosis. A ultrasound abdomen and a X ray of the region will identify the stones. Plenty of water intake will prevent the formation of such stone Hope this helps. Take care.
