Hi,
Your child has 2 issues:

1)Febrile convulsion i.e she throws a fit when her fever shoots up.This is seen in 5% of kids between the age group of 6mths to 6yrs because of immaturity of brain. This problem will settles down by the time child becomes old.Remember never let fever go so high always give antipretics to bring her temerature down.

2)Abdominal pain which she is complaining is periumbilical .Most of the time such pains are functional but one needs to evaluate and investigate her before labeling the pain as functional especially since her liver is enlarged .
Bye
Take Care.
