Hi
Projectile vomitings of 4 days duration is significant problem and consult your doctor for examination of your child to rule out any neuro related problems.
hello, welcome to HCM.
Firstly, this type of projectile vomiting is a characteristic sign of pyloric obstruction.
You must visit a pediatrician immediately, for a thorough clinical examination and for ordering investigations like blood electrolytes, Xray of abdomen in standing position, Ultrasound scan and for further management.
