Child With Round Dark Red, Texture Free Spot On Back, Neck, Itchy. What Is The Cure?
10 year old has a round dark red, clearly defined, texture free spot on her back about the size of a quarter that itches. Just started over night. There are two additional round spots, one below the first and the third on the back of the neck that are also round but much lighter in color. The color of the most prominate spot is uniform

as per the description you have been given , its really hard for any physiscian to say the correct diagnosis. dermatological conditions should be seen with a eye and examined properly to come to diagnosis ..but any way i will list out the causes :
1. MAY BE A TINEA (FUNGAL) INFECTION
2. MAY BE T.VERSICOLOR
3. INSECT OR MOSQUITO BITE
HOW EVER , MY ADVISE IS TO CONSULT A DERMATOLOGIST AND , GET EXAMINED PROPERLY, HE WILL TAKE CARE IT..
