Child With Swollen Face And Mucus Discharge. Has Fever. First Disease Diagnosed. Need Suggestions

My sisters 1 year old woke up with a swollen face and a swollen shut eye that is seeping a mucus discharge and has a rash in his face also ! He just now started running a 103.5 fever and the doctors diagnosed him two days ago with fist disease !! He is on his way to children's now because of the high fever does this sound like fist or fifth disease to you ?

As far as i am aware there is no disease with the name--"fist disease" or "first disease".
Yes there is a disease called fifth disease (also called roseola infantum).
The description of his illness as given here does not fit into fifth disease either.
He need to be seen by a pediatrician immediately.
