Choking, Sharp Pain In Chest In Left Side Radiating Upto Neck. History Of Using Drug Called NBNOME-25I. Help

Hi,
3 months ago I did a drug known as NBNOME-25I. It is a research chemical. I did this drug 8-12 times. It is known to cause vasoconstriction. The last time I did it I started to feel very ill. I was having extreme pains in my sides and chest. Since then I have had chest pains in the left side of my chest, directly where my heart is located. I went to the er 5 days after the last time I used, and I had an ekg come out normal aswell as my blood pressure appearing normal. The pain varies from a choking pain, to sharp pain, and just a terrible feeling in general. It will radiate up to my neck. It becomes unbearable if I smoke weed, and is unaffected by smoking cigarettes. This drug is similar to methanphetamine.

Thank for asking to HCM
If your EKG turned normal it does not mean that the over all cardiac status is alright you will have to go under the stress test with 2D echography with enzyme test to completely ruling out the cardiac pathology, have nice day.
