Chronic Back Pain With Stomach Growling. Diagnosed With Cyst. Is There A Chance That It Changed The Position?

I was told a while back that i have cysts , i did not see the results though. now i m listening to my stomach growl but on my left side only. did the cysts, push it to the left and is ocupying that space to the right? i find that when i lay down i always feel mor comfortable on my left. even though i try to sleep on my right, i always end up on my left. i also have chronic back pains. of course no insurance at this time.

u have not mentioned about the kind of cyst u were diagnosed with . probably anxiety is the cause of your stomach growls
