Hello,
welcome to Healthcare Magic.

You have unilateral severe headache with vomiting, which subside after sleeping in dark for hours. Such clinical picture more suggestive of Migraine. You also appear to have acidity problem along with it.

Try to find out factors which precipitate headache in your case and prevent yourself from these precipitating factors.

Common precipitating factors for migraine:
-Stress and anxiety: Stress or psychological upset was the commonest triggering factor
-Increasing physical activity
-change in weather
-fasting
-Sunlight
-Some food items

Relieving factors:
-NSAID medicines
-Sleep

Before diagnosing migraine. It is better to get yourself evaluated by general physician to rule out other causes of headache (specially high blood pressure) and then seek consultation according to his recommendation.

Wish you good health and all the best.
