Chronic Infections In Throat, Kidney. Gets Sick Very Fast. Positive For ANA. Permanent Cure?

my daughter has a history of chronic infections they start in her throat most the time then go to here kidneys.. they removed her tonsils 2 yrs ago and its been better but is still having flares up.. she gets real sick fever, fatigue, ect..they have checked her for lupus.. she has had a positive ANA, she has been in the hospital about 7 times in the past 4 years.. she is 22 now.. she is slim about a size 5 active, but when it hits her she gets sick very fast.. she has had pylonephritis a few times, blood in her urine many time, and gets white pockets all over her throat.. they seem to go together but no one can tell me really what she has or is causeing these flares.. she has had so many antibiotics over the years i worry eventually they will no long work on her..
