Circular Bruise On Back, Tender To Touch, Dark Orange Urine. Causes For Symptoms?

this morning i noticed a circle shaped bruise on my lower back. it was not a solid circle, just the outline. the area is very, very tender to the touch and feels swollen. the right side is more painful than the left. when i urinated it was a darker orange color. my urine is often dark, but not with an orange tint. it also had somewhat of a fruity smell.

1. circular bruise could be due to a pinched muscle; orange color with fruity smell:check with your blood sugar level, can be caused by use of laxatives or B complex vitamins or carotene.
2. Make an appointment with your doctor [to track down the cause of this smelly change], if this strong or abnormal urine odor lasts for more than two days or if you have additional,unusual symptoms.
3. Doctor will take a urine sample for analysis and perform some other tests to learn more about your condition & will develop some treatment recommendations.
