Circumcision Done Due To Phimosis. No Pain Felt. Due To Local Anesthesia? Glans Sensitive, Swollen. Why?

I just had circumcision due to phimosis today. It has been more than 12 hours after the surgery. So far, the pains haven't occurred from the incision area. Does it mean it would be the way I'm going to feel for the rest of the healing process or it's just because the local anesthesia hasn't gone off yet?

Another thing is I found the glans to be so sensitive not to say painful to touch even when the surrounding hair touches it. I don't know what happened to it? Any solutions?

Last thing, I found a small dark/ black swelling area on the glan. For me, it appears to be an infection Does it happen because of infection that phinomis brings or something else? Any possible over-counter cream or medicine for that?

Hi,
It seems that everything is going fine.
Usually effect of anesthesia remianes for 3-4 hours but as after 12 hours you did not feel pain, you may not have pain any further.
Circumcised glans may be sensitive for some time but gradually everything will be normal.
Black swelling area on glans might be due to having some small blood collection due to surgery.
It will be absorbed after some time.
You can apply some antibiotic cream, but it is better to consult your treating surgeon.
