I was cleaning my sons ear and he suddenly jumped and said he thought the. Q tip may have slipped and went to far so I stopped cleaning after that he said he still felt it was clogged so we applied one small drop of swimmers ear then my son held his nose and blew..then he said ok it popped well a few minutes later he stated he felt something draining and put his finger in his ear and we discover that it was bleeding?
Hello, You should not do this ear popping as this will cause pressure on the ear drum. and so the ear drum may burst .Secondly you should not clean his ears at home . It seems that the ear drums are perforated. You need to take care of the ear drums. You should not put water or oil inside the ears. Consult an ent specialist and get examined. Then you may require antibiotics, decongestant tablet and nasal decongestant drops.
