Clitoris Pain In 4.5 Years Baby

my daughter aged 4 and half complains of pain in clitoris .what could be reason...she doesnt have any other symptoms

female genitaltract is v prone to infections.the urethra is v close to clitoris so plz make sure to ruleout a urine infection by urine routine test.also take care to avoid contamination during cleaning her after potty .use loose cotton underwear.
