Clogged Ears, Tight Muscles, Dizziness, Nausea. Had Craniotomy. CSF Or Aneurysm?

I had a craniotomy 2 years ago in August of this year for an MCAA. I am 46 and female. My ears feel very clogged , similar to how they felt after my surgery. The back of my neck is very tight/ muscle kind of tightness that goes into my shoulder. I get nauseated and dizzy. I would like to know if this is a CSF or another aneurysm....should I get a CT?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Dear,
As per the history you have given and the clinical findings you may be suffering with labrinthitis . may be possible that you are having cervical spondylosis . get the X ray neck Lateral view to rule out spine pathology. mean while you can start antivertigo drug betahistine / tab cinarizine.
I would suggest you to consult the Specialist if you don’t get relief as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more query.
Yours sincerely
