Hello Thanks for writing to H.C.M. for your query. I have gone through your query and as you said that you have flu and cold along with it there is blocked both ears and throbbing headache. You have asked weather this may kill anybody ? Our answer is never. The disease process is as your cold had given rise to sinus infection leading to severe headache. THe infection from here also reached to throat and than to ear by Eustachian tube. In the ear they cause acute otitis media which is a painfull condition and also leading to blockade of ears. For treatment you should take antibiotic, anti inflammatory, mucolytic and decongestant. you can also take steam inhalation and warm saline gargling. I hope this will help you. Regards.
