Clump Of Tissue When Urinating. Pap Smear Test Done. Taking Lisinopril And Hydrochlorothiazide For High BP. Is This Normal At This Age?

Hello: I am a female @ 59 years old, and of course, menopausal. I have been noticing a light-colored blood discharge for the past 2 weeks. Once or twice, i have seen a small clump of tissue when I have urinated. I do not have any pain/burning when urinating; I am not sexually active, and had my last Pap smear in June of this year. I am on lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide for high blood pressure @ 10 mg-lisin. and 12.5 hCT. Is this a normal thing for late 50's, menopausal females?

Hi,
At this age any abnormal discharge or bleeding should not be neglected and investigated.
Consult Gynaec and get investigations done like ultra sound.
After diagnosis go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
