Hello Doctor In my clinical practice I have found that Itching over body is seen usually in worm infestations .The border line Esinophilia counts also points towards the same diagnosis .An absolute esinophil count would get a better idea Please try 1. Repeated Microscopic stool examination weekly 3 or four time after having laxative in small dose for worms or ova of worms 2. Even if this is negative take courses of De-worming drug weekly or fortnightly at bed time .Your chemist can give it you or you have to get a prescription from your doctor .One of the commonly used drug by generic name is Albendazole Tablet Head ache and chest pain is difficult to explain on this basis.I hope you have got your eyes checked and cardiogram done and do not suffer from common cold and cough as you have not mentioned about these .If all other investigation are within normal level for sinus and cardiac do not worry please .Take small dose of anti anxiety drug at bed time ;or consult a doctor at our place .Some stress management programme may also help Thanks Dr Lal Psychiatrist
