Cluster Of Painful Bites Above Eyebrow, Increasing In Size With Twitching In Face, Painful Bumps On Jaw Border. What Could Be Going On?

i woke up with a cluster of ?spider bites? above my eyebrow. throughout the day, ive felt moderate pain and the cluster as gotten bigger. Im having small twitches in my face, my jaw joint on the same side and down my neck/jaw boarder have 2 pea-sized, hard, painful bumps. Any suggestions of what this is going on? im worried :(

These kind of lesion may be insect bite dermatitis or herpes zoster which is a viral infection.
Herpes zoster usually affects one side of face where the blisters are arranged linearly which can cause painful burning sensation. Insect bite also mimicks the above with itching sensation and centre black necrotic skin lesions surrounded by blisyers.
Proper treatment is recommended after consulting a dermatologist. Antiviral drugs along with anti allergic tablets with topical creams are usually prescribed.
