Cluster Of Red Hard Bumps On Upper Left Arm. History Of Herpes. Is This Similar ?

I have a cluster of red bumps on my upper left arm , they are hard and don t itch that much. My arm is sore but that could be from holding a phone, ipad or carrying my 2 year old around. I have a history of herpes (2 I believe), but rarely have breakouts and they are usually on my right hip. Could the bumps on my arm be herpes, its seems simular.
