Cluster Of Spaghetti Like On Upper Left Side Of Testicle, Sometimes Painful. Is It Varicocele Or Caner ?
Hello.
I am 19 years old and I believe that I have varicocele. I will try and describe it the best way I can. It is like a cluster of spagetti on the upper left side of the testicle there are no bumps on the testicle itself(trying to rule out testicular cancer). It is most visible when standing up and the testicle is in a relaxed state(after a shower for example). It is visible from the outside of the testicle. Sometimes it causes some pain but nothing serious. I have anxiety and am concerned about it. I don't believe it is testicular cancer but I would like some reassurance.
Good day and thank you for choosing healthcare magic.
I believe you are right when you said you have a varicocele and the way your describe what you have. Varicoele increases in size during straining and ia described as a bag of worms in the scrotal area. I would suggest to have a consult with your urologist or a scrotal ultrasound with doppler studies to have a definite diagnosis.
