Cold, Blocked Nose, Pain In Ear And Hearing Loss. What Should I Do?

I have a cold, blocked nose, have had some pain in my right ear and now its funny and I have a feeling i have lost some hearing. It feels it has water inside, and sometimes it comes back to normal and then blocks again, it sort of makes a popping noise but then it blocks again. I've taken some Oto.Synalar (name for ear drops in Portugal). What should I do?
