Cold, Caugh, Head Heaviness And Dizziness, Nose Block, Using Otrivin. Recommendations?

Hello Doctor, My name is Harsha living in Dubai, since I came to Dubai I have my nose blocked most of the time and use to spray Otrivin 0.1mg always. And also I keep on getting cold every other month. last week also I got this cough,cold, now its little dry but now I have my head heaviness and dizziness, is it good to get Citrizin ? or any other medicine you recommend ?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having allergic rhinitis.
Go for vicks vapor inhalation.
Put some decongestant nasal drops or continue nasal spray.
You can take Cetrizine or other decongestant tablet.
Avoid fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.

you can use teb cetrizine 5 mg in night times
tab sinarest three times a day can control all of your problems
