Cold Sensation In The Nose, What Could Be The Reason ?

I have continouse cold sensation in the nose even when there is no cold or running nose. I had sinus sometime ago and normally i get slight effect of the same all the time but not cold. I feel this cold sensation during dry nose as well its deep in the nose feels near the intersection of the jaw i beleive. What could be the reason as doctors are also not able to respond to this query

Sinus problems does produce that effect. There are 4 sinuses if you are aware of frontal, maxillary, ethmoid and sphenoid. Depends on which sinus is causing this problem. Visit a ENT surgeon. I think it can be pretty  easily solved.
