Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 Asthmatic allergic
bronchitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination and clinical history of illness . As you are complaining that there develops phlegm in throat and nose , actually this is a
post nasal discharge .
This is the characteristic feature of asthmatic allergic bronchitis .
Consult a physician and get his opinion and treatment regarding this case.
2 The cereal which stuck in your chest was actually due to
esophagitis and regurgitation due to impacted phlegm ( or expectoration) , hence you vomits . So for this take antacid ( better which have local
anesthetic in it) 3-4 times in day.Still you feel trouble then consult an E N T and get his opinion.
3 Sometimes recurrent cold develops
bronchiectasis , diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray and physical examination by a physician.
In my opinion first of all consult a physician and get hsi opinion and treatment for asthmatic allergic bronchitis.
Good luck. Dr. HET
