What is the likely hood of H-pylori? what are other possible differential diagnoses besides celiac disease?
I read carefully your query and understand your concern.
The symptoms seem to be related to gastritis. There is a possibility of H.Pylori. I suggest to do a stool test to exclude the possibility of H.Pylori. Meanwhile,I suggest using gatsro protector such a Omeprazole. I also suggest using antacids such as Maalox three times a day.
