hello and welcome to HCM,

Please immediately stop the drops! One it is a high concentration for a seven month old (the usual concentration for them is 0.05% and that too below two years they should be used very cautiously). Secondly the drops are not a treatment for nose block in children.

Get a good pediatrician and ENT to have a look at your daughter and let them just start on an antihistamine medication as nose block in such as young age is common and should not be treated so aggressively.

Furthermore the constant use of drops for so long can cause a condition called the rhinitis medicamentosa which can be cured only by surgery.

Take steam inhalation, avoid anything cold and also do not allow the direct blast of fan or AC to fall on her face.

The drops in reduced dosage should only be used in emergencies for temporary partial relief

take care and do not worry, children in that age group always have respiratory infection and nose block. This is how they develop immunity

get well soon
