Cold,when Sneeze Back Of Heart Hurts, Pinching Feeling. Cure For Symptoms?

So i reasently had a cold from going camping. Now its all gon but when i had the cold whenever i sneezed or cough the back of my heart area would hurt. After i killed the cold ever since then anytime i sneeze the back of my head area hurts. Kind of feels like a pinching feeling. Can you please tell me wht this is and what is the cure for this?

Hi, I am Dr. Samiron Roy ENT Splst.
If on sneezing the back of your head hurts then you are suffering from Chronic Sinusitis. Sinuses are small cavity areas in your skull full of air and connected to your nasal cavities through small openings. When you catch common colds due to viral infection, the secretions are watery or mucoid. iIn the course of next 2/3 days super added bacterial infection takes place and this watery discharge becomes thick yellow or greenish and fills the sinuses, which in turn blocks/closes the small openings. THIS is the starting POINT of Bacterial Sinusitis. This is what you are having. The treatment is:-
1.Broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime CV 325 mg 1 bid,
2.Tab Vitaresp FX 1 od,
3.Nasivion nose drop 2 drops tid,
4.Cap Mucolite SR 1 od

This you take for 10 days. If no improvement then get:
a. X-Ray PNS or
b. CT Scan of PNS. and get advice.
