Complete Fracture, Disruption Of Vertebral Column, D1-2 Disc Showing Disruption With Angulation. What Is The Tretment?
RESPECTED SIR,mri report through dr:- there is evidence of compelete fracture disartculation seen at c5/c6 interface with fracture across the c6 vertebral body and is resulting in complex disruption of the vertebral column with overriding of the two ends of spine over one another in the antero-posterior plane ,D1-2disc/PLL Is showing disruption wth angulation at the interface, marked impingement of the spinal cord by C5/C6 vertebral is seen with severe impingement of the spinal cord and large cord contusion opp.C4-C7 vertebral levels with severe cord laceration opp.C6vertebral level.An epidrural collection is seen is seen at cervico-dosral junction.Large pre vertebral collection is seen opp. the cevico dosral extent.various other vertebral and disc are normal

Your MRI report suggests that there is fracture of vertebra C6. Due to this fracture there is dislocation of vertebra C5 and C6.
The spinal cord opposite this level is damaged.
This fracture and damage to cord at this level ahas caused collection (?could be blood) in the epidural space (space lying above the coverings of brain)
