Hi,
So many times, first pregnancy ends in an abortion whatever the reason may be. Uterine irritability or a genetic defect could be the reason. You will know the likely reason only after analyzing the abortus. If you are regularly ovulating, you can have a natural conception even without induction. I advice you to have a complete couple work up to know the exact cause of your infertility and start treatment as only then will it be useful. Please consult an infertility specialist for further suggestions. Take care.
