Concerned About Late Period..

I'm a college student, had sex two weeks prior to my timed period. Uses birth control and condoms, I'm about 5 days late. Took a pregnancy test, came back negative. Took zithromax and nasal decongestant for sickness one week ago. Should I be concerned and see my family doctor?
