we used condom and had a intercourse but unfortunately condom tore and my semen was his her vagina.. i gave her i pill within 5 hours of intercousrse . she has little bleeding and thick tissue kind on her pad then it stopped again she had little stinky bleeding next day.. i am worried if she is pregnant and if she has any other health isues taking ipill

Taking the ipill within 24 hours of sexual intercourse provides 98% protection from pregnancy, which makes it less likely that she is pregnant. I would say these are just the effects of the pill, and request you and your partner to wait a while (2-3 more days) till you consider visiting a doctor. This should clear soon.
