Question :- is this ACL injury heal naturraly ?
Nonoperative management with rehabilitation after an ACL injury generally yields poor results in patients who return to competitive activities.
Significant episodes of instability resulting in pain, swelling, and disability occur in approximately 80% of individuals who participate in sporting activities such as tennis, football and soccer.
So, if you are young & active person, surgical reconstruction is indicated.
Hope this information is helpful. Good day
