Congested With Green Mucous In Nose. Has Cough, Nose Bleeds, Bad Breath. What Could Be Wrong?

my daughter is constantly congested with very green mucus in her nose. She gets regular nose bleeds at night and in the morning. She also has a cough. She does sometimes suffer from cold sores (Herpes) around her lips which she has suffered from since a young age. I am not sure if its all linked or not? Extremely bad breath is the worst symptom at present. Are you able to advise me as to what is wrong with her?

Hello
if she has recurrent herpes infection that shows she has poor immunity.
In addition she has nasal and sinus infection.
You need ENT consultation and get examined. You may require CT scan of nose and paranasal sinuses to see for The extent of disease. You may require antibiotic and decongestants.
In doubt do reply
