Consistent Neck Pain On Moving In Certain Directions Since Thyroid Removal, Headache, Swelling Behind Ear. Cause?
Hi For the past couple of months i have been having pain in my neck when i move it a certain way and bad headaches . Today I realized that right behind my left ear, it is very swollen and hurts all the way in my neck. Im really concerned about whats going on. I started having alot of problems with my neck after removal of my left thyroid .
THE THYROID GLAND LOBE WHEN IT IS REMOVED THERE IS EMPTY SPACE LEFT WHICH IS FILLED WITH FIBROUS TISSUE WHICH IS HARD AND CAUSESPROBLEMS AS WRITTEN BY YOU
THIS TISSUE CAN EXTEND UPTO EAR LOBES
SECONDLY THERE ARE NERVES WHICH ARE SHARED WITH THYROID
NECK AND EAR AND SOME OF SMALL NERVES ARE CUT CAN CAUSE PAIN AND NUMNESS
THIS CAN BE IMPROVED MAXIMUM WITH PHYSIOTHERAPY AND YOUR WILL POWER
PHYSOTHERAPY WORK BEST
CAN CONSULT A PHYSIOTHERAPIST FOR EXERCISES
