Hi ! From your history , the first diagnosis to exclude is a pelvic inflammatory disease, which may give rise to pain and cramps in the lower abdomen apart from low grade fever along with nausea and dislike for food. You have to get a routine urine test done and a culture sensitivity test if advised by your treating doctor who may also advise you for an ultrasound abdomen. The upper abdominal pain could be due this as well, or may be an independent entity. You may go for an antacid, a proton pump inhibitor and if not relieved may go for a review by your family physician. Wishing you an early recovery.
