Constant Chest Discomfort, Sweaty Palm, Fast Heart Beats. EKG, ECG, Chest X-ray Normal. Is There Any Treatment?
I've been having left side chest discomfort specifically in the left pectoral area for months now I've had a few ekgs a echocardiogram chest X-ray all came back fine but the feeling has been a almost constant discomfort not so much pain then sometimes my heart will start to beat very fast and the center of my chest feels funny and I get sweaty palms it usually goes away in about 10-20 mins but the constant chest discomfort is always there
Sweating limited to palms is often due to Anxiety… Stress ECG helps to exclude ischemia. Holter will evaluate fast beats
