Constant Cough, Nasal Congestion, Clears Up On Exercising, Lack Of Sleep. Cure?

Sure. I ve had a nagging cough and nasal congestion for almost 2 months now. It gets bad at night. I can run, swim, bike (triathlete) without much problem as it clears up when I exercise. But I m getting quite worn down by not being able to sleep well at night; also the constant coughing is starting to make my chest burn a bit. What s going on?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello, thank you for communicating with us for your problem. As per the brief Medical history you have given us it seems that you are having infection of sinuses(Chronic Sinusitis) and secondary to that pharyngitis(Sore Throat ) i will suggest you to get the E.N.T Specialist opinion as on examination the findings may be different and line of treatment may have to be changed. He may ask for C.T Scan of paranasal sinus to rule out Sinus infection.
Please don’t hesitate to consult and ask for any more queries. I will be pleased to answer.
With best wishes for a speedy cure
