Constant Fluid Discharge. On Zoladex Injection For Shrinking The Fibroids Before Operation. Normal?
hi doc,i am on the process of administering the zoladex injection.i was diagnosed with fibroids and now my doctor suggest that i take this injection, for them to go smaller before the operation.its the forth month now,so i have already have two administered.my worry now is there is a fluid flowing daily,as a result i am always wearing a panty liner.must i worry or is it normal.again is there anything i can do without going for an op?
Hi, if the size of the fibroids become small, and and number of fibroids are less, you can ask your doctor for skipping. If you have no children, and the periods are irregularly irregular and excess of bleeding is there you must have the surgery. Thank you.
Usually Zoladex(GnRH) produces Dryness and itching of the Vagina. But you're presenting with discharge per vagina.
In that case it may be a Reproductive tract infection. You may require 1. Vaginal swab and culture and sensitivity. 2. treatment is based on the causative organism.
