Constant Migraines, Bleeding In Nose, Blood Clots, Jerking In Legs And Arms, Forgetfulness. What Could Possibly Be Wrong?

Hey, I'm 25 years old.... I started having these constant persistent migraines for 2 months that can't seem to go away... They are getting so bad that now my nose is bleeding at least 3x a day. Tonight when I got a bloody nose the blood looked like blood clots. I've also noticed that I can't seem to concentrate when talking to someone and constantly can't figure out my words and when I text I'm constantly replacing words with other words... When I go to fall asleep at night my arms and legs will sometimes jerk and hit something. I'm also forgetting recent moments and have problems communicating because I can't remember the words I was going to say. I've also have had problems sleeping at nights. I won't fall asleep till 5 am and wake up at 10:00 am... Do you know what it could possibly be?

Hi there, thanks for asking. It could be related to high blood pressure. It can cause headaches, nose bleeding, and inability to fall asleep. Check it with your doctor three time in a week. Best
