Constant Nausea After Taking Jack3d-pre Workout Supplement. Blood Tests Normal. On Antacids. Suggest
Hi i have been having constant nausea since sunday. It started after taking a pre workout supplement called jack3d. I have been taking this for a month now about twice a week. It contains caffeine creatine 1,3 dmaa etc. I got blood tests down and everything is normal. I also have been taking antacids which help for a period of time

Welcome to HCM.Use of such supplements like Jack 3D is to be discouraged.they contain unhealthy amounts of caffeine which can disrupt your sleep pattern ,DMAA(1,3-Di Methyl amylalanine HCl) which can cause depression,mood swings,erectile dysfunction apart from other problems.It also contains Beta Alanine which can give a tingle sensation to the skin.mY ADVICE WOULD BE TO STOP USING THIS SUPPLEMENT.
