Constant Shooting Pain On The Rightside Of Penis. Popped Blood Vessels During Ejaculation. Nerve Damage?
I have been a constant shooting pain on the right side of my penis. I have been tested for STDs 3 times. All came back negative. Everytime I ejaculate (sex or masturbation), I get what looks like popped blood vessels on the shaft of my penis. I do have a hip labral tear that apparently is causing some mild detachment and impingement. Is it nerve damage? I am getting worried because I can't enjoy sex anymore.
From the description you gave, the popped blood veins during erect condition is a normal scene as happens in every muscular activity during extreme activity. Nothing to worry about that.
The shooting pain might be a worry. Investigation is required. Constant shooting pain on the penis might be a symptom of infection stone in urethra or bladder. Need an ultrasound scan to confirm stone.
Consult a GP for further advice. Wish you speedy recovery
