Constant Sinus Infection, Pressure Around Eyes And Nose. What Type Of Antibiotics To Give?

My uncle is a 54 year old man who seems to never be able to get rid of his sinus infection.. He says it feels like someone is pushing on his face and there is always alot of pressure around his eyes and nose....We would like to know what type of antibotics are best given to someone for this specific problem>???? He is a truck driver and drives for long hours daily

The cause of the problem of the sinuses should be identified before giving antibiotics.Amoxicillin-Clauvinic acid combination is a good antibiotic for sinus infections,allergy may need to be treated too.Adequate hydration and steam inhalations will help in decongesting the sinuses,overuse of oral and local decongestant medication will lead to a rebound congestion which may present like this.
