Constant Sinus Pressure Causing Migraines Due To Broken Nose. Is There Any Remedy?

I play roller derby. About a year ago, I fell and hit my face. I got two black eyes and i'm pretty sure I broke my nose. Since that happened, I have constant sinus pressure on the left side of my face which causes migranes. I get head aches easily and its always on the left side of my face. Is there a way to fix this?

Constant sinus pressures might be caused due to occlusion of sinus opening. It might be due chronic infection. The proper treatment is sinus wash which is done by ent specialist. So consult a ent specialist and get the x say of sinuses.
Secondly chronic sinusitis can cause headache. But rule. Out other causes like refractive errors.
