Constant Watery Bleeding, Red Discharge. Been On Pill For 3 Years, Stopped Now. What Could Be This?

I have been on the pill regularly for 3 years, in the past 3/4 I have been between on and off the pill deciding weather I want to continue with this method of contraception. I have never had any problems with my pill being ineffective or chopping and changing (I have once before felt I might go off the pill around 1 year ago). But recently I have for the past week had constant watery bleeding which has left red discharge and during wiping very noticable. I am extremely concerned with this issue. I have stopped taking my pill in the hope I'll get my regular period and stopped having sex with my partner to stop any extra issues forming.

Hi,
The watery discharge with bleeding you have can be-
- Due to irregular cosumption & withdrwal of pills-causing hormonal imbalance.
It is good you stopped being sexually active these days to avoid more problems Still-
- Pl. get pelvic sonography done to rule out certain things like- thickness of endometrium, previous products of conception (conceived during irregularity), any othre uterine problem like fibroid, inflammation etc.
the manegment will differ according to cause.
Pl. see your Gynac -he/she will give approriate T/t
Till the time take rest, light &nurishing diet. no massage or fomentation pl.
-haemostatics like Citrus biflavonide compound with vit C cae be started.
-Calcium preparation will reduce the fatigue.
