The symptoms you describe suggests possible allergic rhinitis and post nasal drip. If you have problems with sneezing, nose blockage, runny nose and have phlegm constantly tricking at the back of your throat then it is allergic rhinitis. You could try taking regular antihistamines like Levoceterizine 10 mgs daily or upto 3 times a day. If you have lots of problem with nose blocks you could try steroid nasal spray like Flixonase or Nasonex daily to reduce the swelling and inflammation of the linings in your nose. Burping could be because if you swallow frequently you tend to swallow bit of air.
