Constipated, Groin Pain, B12 Deficiency, Pernicious Anemia. What Could I Have?

I'm a 26 year old male with groin pain and constipation since 2 weeks ago. The pain is not constant, it comes and go, and increases with physical activity like playing basketball. This has never happened to me before. My mother has history of constipation. The only think that I have in my blood test is B12 deficiency but is not that severe and I don't have pernicious anemia or neurological deficits. What could I have?
